Stream Summary

• Fixed a bug where the EventSub Status Notification wasn’t turning green
• Currently looking at the EventSub TwitchDocs to figure out what information we get from Twitch subs
• Planned out tables for Subscriptions, Sub Bomb Events, Bits (RIP Anon Cheers), Follows & Tipssss
• Crying about how we can’t get a user’s subscription length from the TwitchAPI for whatever reason
• If a user gifts a sub to another user who was previously subbed, it does not display the gifted user’s total subscription duration.
• If you query the API for CheckUserSubscription, it returns the user who gifted the sub (unless anon? maybe?) but this information is not given in the SubscriptionEventSub.. for some reason.
• Reading UserVoices regarding the subscription events & API requests.
• Realized because the bot does not run 24/7 and the Twitch API is limited in the information I can get, events done off stream can be problematic so trying to instead use the StreamElements API to get information.
• Then that idea went out the window as we have to apply for an API key and the JWT Token for StreamElement won’t work for fetching the activities 🙃
• In the end, unless I run the bot 24/7 or until Twitch includes it in their API, I will probably need to just need to manually record any event that happens offline weh.

Thanks to the suggestion of TheBookSnail, we sent the koimmunity over to hang out with cjgladback! She has been working on 3D model in Blender, recreating a character concept from Nicolas Kole of his creation Mama Cactus & Scorpion Mount.
